After the first COVID-19 season, healthcare workers felt psychologically impacted, with a traumatized mindset and some without a glimpse of positivity towards the situation. Some things have changed, and the new reality has been established as fast as we find ways to cope and live even with the pandemic.
Through our CulturIntel methodology, we wanted to understand what has changed for them, based on the different new measures to cope with the pandemic, so we have refreshed our data, and we have found shifts in healthcare workers perspectives towards Covid-19:

A shift in sentiment
Healthcare workers feel less negative towards Covid-19. Instead, their levels of positivity have slightly increased.
From traumatized to realistic
They are more pragmatic in the new normal.They have adapted to it, and find practical ways to continue their lives.
Less psychologically impacted
They acknowledge that behavioral challenges now have the most significant impact on them, as they can't go back to their
