HOW DID HEALTHCARE WORKERS FEEL BETWEEN MARCH 2020 TO MARCH 2021?
After the first COVID-19 season, healthcare workers felt psychologically impacted, with a traumatized mindset and some without a glimpse of positivity towards the situation. Some things have changed, and the new reality has been established as fast as we find ways to cope and live even with the pandemic.
Through our CulturIntel methodology, we wanted to understand what has changed for them, based on the different new measures to cope with the pandemic, so we have refreshed our data, and we have found shifts in healthcare workers perspectives towards Covid-19:
