About our methodology

Culturintel uses artificial intelligence and big data tools to harvest every available open-sourced digital comment (not just social media) and turn them into actionable insights across segments and geographies, globally.

Simply said, Culturintel is able to take everything people discuss openly across all digital channels and use it to discover patterns in opinion to identify measures of sentiment, topics that matter, drivers and barriers influencing people’s behaviors and overall factors impacting human decisions. Without the time or scale restrictions of traditional methods, surveys or focus groups, we discover insights that represent the wisdom of the crowds.

Our method has been used to publish in collaboration with Harvard researchers and has been featured by international media outlets, published by medical journals, and received numerous innovation awards and recognitions by the World Economic Forum Impact Lab, MM&M, and PRWeek, among others, as a disruptor in research and MarTech.
